Paul was so great a conqueror over sin and the devil that it was said of him that he turned the world upside down. He was strong enough in Jesus Christ to wage a spectacular attack upon the strongest fortifications of the devil. He stood out against the great institution of paganism in his day almost single-handed and saw its great stronghold crumble and fall one by one. He surely was more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ. Though it be true that we may not all have this Holy Ghost power in the same measure that Paul did, every one of us can be more than conquerors over sin and the devil; for God promises never to leave nor forsake us but will be with us to the very end. Even the weakest saint can successfully run the Christian race, for Jesus said of His followers, 'My sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow me; and I give them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand." God is ever standing at our-side to give us the power to successfully overcome every attack of the devil if we will earnestly seek His assistance. [ The End]
